This website is one of a group of websites created by an actual, small specialty foods producer, Harvey Clark of Mondi Enterprises located in Boylston Massachusetts. The purpose of this website is to identify and list quality suppliers for all products and services needed to operate a specialty foods production busibess, and to reduce producers costs with volume pricing whenever possible. That's the only way to create profits when your selling price is already higher than most of the mass produced competition. This site is a sister-site to America's Specialty Foods ( www.americassspecialtyfoods.com ), a site designed to be the 'Home' for all of our specialty foods projects, designed to make life easier and more profitable for all small specialty foods producers.
Another of our sites, is America's Farmer's Market ( www.americasfarmersmarket.com ). Our goal with this site is to help fund America's public schools coast to coast, with a portion of the profits from specialty foods products. This site is FREE for all artisan producers to participate in, selling their products directly to consumers in our 'Feast-Book' online gourmet food mall. This site, like the others in our America's Specialty Foods Group, will be primarily funded by ad revenues from the suppliers in the Resources Directory , and advertising on our other sites.
Additional funding of the America's Specialty Foods website comes from our book with everything we've learned from nearly a decade in the specialty foods business. Information about it can be found on our Specialty Foods for Beginners ( www.specialtyfoodsforbeginners.com ) website. This site also has a link to Amazon.com, where you can purchase the book. This is perhaps the only 'How To' book about the specialty foods business, written by someone who's actually been a small producer. The title is "How to Make a profit Creating & Selling Your Own Specialty Foods Products in the USA". I guess you can tell I we weren't going for a catchy title. Profits from this also fund the America's Specialty Foods website group.
